Did you know we can’t officially label this product “organic”?
To carry that label in Canada, a product must contain 95% certified organic ingredients — and since ours falls below 70%, we can only reference the organic ingredients within the ingredient list itself.
The irony? Customers already think we’re too expensive, and they don’t realize we’re actively investing in organic sourcing to reduce our collective chemical exposure.
Someday, I’d love to see labeling work the other way — where products are required to disclose the percentage of synthetic chemicals they contain.
