How? Let us introduce you to our secret ingredient: #upcycled #spentgrains from @halobrewery by @pizzeriadefina .

Our pizza dough base incorporates a whopping 30% brewery barley grains that have already been used to make beer.

  • We use an unbleached, untreated, GMO free flour, making our pizza easier to digest and a great source of fibre.
  • Our tomato sauce is high in vitamin C, low in fat and boosts lycopene levels
  • We use fresh lean cheese with low sodium content

By diverting these grains from going to waste, we’re taking a significant step of broadening our audience while reducing climate change, one slice at a time.

So, what are you waiting for?

Join us in this flavor-packed challenge and take a stand for both your taste buds and the planet!
