This Country Sourdough has a subtle sour taste, no seeds, and loved by kids and adults alike.

Our 48-hour, 100% naturally-leavened process enhances flavour and nutritional value, promotes digestion and increases shelf life.

100% of our flour is grown in Canada and its integrity is maintained through our traditional stone milling technique.

Our uniqueness comes from incorporating spent barley grains that have been used to make beer. By enjoying upcycled foods, you are directly helping to reduce greenhouse gases.
